Meal prepping has officially become a part of my weekly routine, and I’m not going back! I used to do it every once in a while, but when the new school year started, I knew I had to make it a regular thing. It’s been such a game-changer for my family of seven, and I’m having so much fun experimenting with new recipes and making them my own!

This time, I went with Dump and Go crockpot meal prep bags. Literally, like the name says, you just dump the bag in the crockpot and go about your day. It’s made dinner time so much easier! I’ve got three different recipes to share below.

Chicken Bacon Ranch

Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz Ranch Dressing Seasoning
4-5 pieces of cooked bacon

Instructions

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a freezer-safe gallon bag.
Step 2: Seal the bag, label it with the date, and freeze until ready to use.
Step 3: When you’re ready to make the meal, take the bag out of the freezer and dump its contents into the crockpot.
Step 4: Cook on low for 3–4 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve with your choice of sides, and enjoy!
