The boy’s study & game room is complete! This has been a work in progress, and many items were on backorder for quite some time. Also, I have made it no secret that we didn’t want to move into this home and rush to decorate. Most importantly, we didn’t want to break the budget. So, we have slowly been paying for projects as we can and making this house a home.
This space is very special to me. It is the boy’s game and study room. Of course, they will not be doing those things simultaneously (well, at least I hope HAHA). The boys will be able to sit here and doing their after-school homework and any school activities.
I love this bookshelf, it is so solid. I will give a heads up this is pricey furniture item. I hope to be able to have this book shelf in our home for many years. I am on the hunt of a bookshelf look for less. I will share it with you as soon as I locate.
I love this study area for the boys, and hope it will be helpful for them to stay productive with their school work. In this space I was having difficulty envisioning how to style this space. I had House Sprucing help and they brought a fresh set of eyes on how to make it a functional space.

Probably the favorite corner in this entire space is the wall frames with the boys faces. I want to keep updating this each year as they grow. I linked the frames below.

Love seeing the house become a home. Let me know what you think of this completed study room!
