Cashton is four months now, and I can’t believe how much time has gone by.  I feel like I was just around the house frantically trying to prep and organize for his arrival.  It has been such a journey having Cash join our family, and so grateful he is here.

With this being our 4th baby boy, we finally feel like we got the right amount of items needed to be equipped with caring for him.  I feel like with the 1st we got more than what we needed and with each we slowly started learning what we needed and didn’t need.  Let me just say, this time around I tried not to stress too much about what to get, because at the end of the day I knew that it is easy to always run out and grab what was needed.

I’ve shared with you previously, our modern baby nursery from Pottery Barn Kids.  After 4 kids I really wanted to do something outside the box.  However, I can’t take all the credit for getting the correct items.  Pottery Barn Kids has developed a new and improved baby registry app to help make new parents get all their baby items.  If you are a new parent just know that PBK has quality items that you will be able to re-use if you are planning on having future children.

I know that I have so many expectant mothers in my community that I wanted to share a round up of all the baby essentials that you can get from Pottery Barn Kids.  Some items I didn’t even know PBK offered until I was doing my baby registry.

Steps to set up your registry app:

  1. Create an account/ Or sign in.
  2. Select Create new registry.
  3. Enter in your personal information
  4. Start adding items to your registry

What is nice is you are not on your own.  Once you create your registry there is a registry checklist to help guide you through picking your baby items.

PBK also allows you to have a virtual meeting with a registry expert to help you select items for your registry. Another aspect I loved is their site allows you to shop by aesthetic.  Let’s say you want a modern nursery, they give you that option and then you shop all the products from that nursery style.

The important aspect to remember is once you meet your new addition that will supersede everything else. Enjoy this time preparing for your upcoming new addition.
