I am beyond excited to share with you Cashton’s baby nursery! Just in time for him to make his debut. The room is ready, now we are just waiting on him to decide he wants to join the family.
This has been such a labor of love, and major process. I had the opportunity to work with Pottery Barn Kids to put together this modern nursery. Let me tell you, trying to order and decorate your nursery in the midst of COVID-19 definitely isn’t easy. Like many of you know, there have been many shipping delays in this process. It came down to the wire to get it all together, and I must say I love how it turned out! While I know he probably won’t sleep in there for a few months, it was still important for me to give Cashton his own space.
With this being our fourth baby boy, I really wanted to do something different. While I love blue, I was kinda over and wanted to do something I would NEVER do. I decided to go modern for the nursery. If you follow me on Instagram me having a black/white nursery is not something you would typically see from me. Since this is our last why not live a little. I am so in love with this space. I got almost everything from Pottery Barn Kids Modern. What I love most of it, is you still get the PBK quality but just a different aesthetic. I was shocked by how many decor pieces Pottery Barn Kids had to go with it.
We also decided to have the nursery be a modern space, with hip hop pieces as a flare. You will see the Biggie Smalls art work that really just made the space fun.
If you have been contemplating on nursery theme, definitely consider this black and white nursery. To make it easy for you to obtain, I am sharing all of the products I used to make this space come together.
Everything came out just the way that I expected! I am even more excited to see how this nursery will look in once the new house is completed! What was your favorite part?
