How To Organize Your Linen Closet

Our upstairs linen closet is now complete! I had neglected it for some time now, but with the kids throwing towels and everything else in the closet it was time I tackle it. This closet is the main hub for the boys rooms, I keep their extra bedding, towels, and pillows in this closet. I needed organization that was easy to maintain.

Before

Whenever I do organization projects I always start by purging the closet because there is likely something in that closet that does not belong. I then wipe down the shelves, categorize the items prior to putting in the closet, then at that point I start placing the items.

Here is the full list of the items I used to complete the linen closet:

Baskets:

Seagrass and Cotton Cube Basket w/ Handles

Seagrass and Cotton Baskets w/ Handles

Jute & Cotton Rope Laundry Hamper

Rectangular Water Hyacinth Tampered Basket

Bins:

Large Water Hyacinth Bin – Color Natural

Large Cotton Bin w/ Handles – Color Grey/White

Medium Cotton Bin w/ Handles – Color Grey/White

Large Beach House Bin – Color Natural

Small Beach House Bin – Color Natural

Large Seine Woven Storage Bin – Color Natural/Black

Small Seine Woven Storage Bin – Color Natural/Black

Large Rattan Bin w/ Handles – Color Whitewash

White Seagrass Storage Bins
