Gender Reveal Party

We are having a baby girl! Like what?! How is that even possible? Finding out we were having a girl was the icing on the cake! The day was perfect and still so surreal that we would be having a girl. To be quite honest, I thought it would be impossible for us to have a girl, especially after having all boys.

I knew that the chance of possibly having a girl would be so epic, and that is why I decided to have a gender reveal. So we had the boys blast the confetti gun that revealed what we were having. Surrounded by friends and family, there is truly nothing sweeter. Although Cashton wasn’t too fond of the explosion blast.

I didn’t want to do the typical pink and blue. So we switched it up a bit and decided to do hues of blues and purples. Life is hectic so opted to having a party planner help execute I didn’t want to do the typical pink and blue. So we switched it up a bit and decided to do hues of blues and purples. Life is hectic, so I opted to have a party planner help execute this, and not going to lie, this was the best thing that I could have done. It made it where all I had to do was just throw some makeup on my face, get my dress on, and focus on the guests.

So how do I feel? Honestly, already anxious for her arrival, excited, and a lot of disbelief. Not going to lie; having another boy would have been easier because it’s what I know. But, I just think, how will a girl fit in with our dynamic. I know it will all work out, but those are the initial thoughts that come to mind.

Here is a list of all our vendors. I can say that all the vendors yesterday came through with a seamless day. Outside of our original face painter, I booked canceling 30 minutes before the event. I would recommend every single vendor on this list. We decided to get a magician because of the number of children in attendance. We felt it would be nice to have an activity for the kids. We are glad we did.

For the family, I decided to have the boys all incorporate the color scheme of the event. Here is the family outfit details.

I loved the little touches we did with the event. The signature drinks were blue and purple. Both drinks could be alcoholic or a mocktail. We had stirrers that were prince and princess. All of the florals had a blue/purple ombre.

Truly a day to remember.
