While I love my bright colors in spring and summer, I am still a neutral person. I love neutrals and Earth tones. To be honest summer is actually my least favorite season out the year (no I am not crazy lol), Fall is my absolute favorite season. I am from Michigan so I am used to getting all 4 seasons, and in Michigan sometimes summer would come and go in a blink of an eye. So I never really had time to fall in love with the heat and bright colors that come with it. Now don’t get me wrong, I love bright colors as it is clear my love for yellow. Anyways I digress, neutrals are just a comfortable go to for me.
What I like about Earth tones is I often get the most wear out of these clothes, because I can pair it with different outfit combinations. A lot of times with my bright pinks I always feel like you make such a statement wearing it that I don’t like repeating too much. If you are feeling like your neutrals are looking a bit bland, switch it up by doing a colored jean.
Earth tones can be worn all year round, so make sure keep a stash in your closet! I paired my outfit with fun accessories from Charming Charlie that was under $30 for both, plus I had a coupon. My family has been telling me to go there for years, and I finally went and was in heaven! The thoughts I had while in that store were, so your telling me I can seriously get like 5 pieces of jewelry for under $60 bucks and it not look flimsy. (well yes please and thank you HA!) It was refreshing, I don’t want to pay $50 for a necklace.
