How To Shop for Outfits Under $100
I love to shop, but I also love to keep my budget in check!
With that, when I am looking to add a piece in my wardrobe but want it to be affordable there are a few go to stores when shopping on a budget. So it is always a win if I get an outfit under $100.
I was able to pull off this look for UNDER $100 excluding jewelry. I cannot stress enough that you don’t always have to go to expensive stores in order to pull off stylish looks.
I get it when you are shopping stores that are at a lower price point you may feel a bit leery before purchasing. Here is what I say to myself first…if I am buying a $20 dress I go into the mindset that I know this isn’t a $100 dress so I keep my expectations realistic.
Here are a Few Tips to help you when Shopping for Outfits Under $100:
- Check your sizing – This is the biggest piece you need to be aware of before shopping. Most of the stores I listed above I normally size up, because sometimes I feel their sizing runs small. Be aware of the stores measuring system.
- Shipping times – Sometimes why these stores can offer a lower price point is due to not having expedited shipping. With that, if I know I want to shop at Boohoo and need it for an event I am typically ordering 7-10 days prior to when I need it.
- Know what to get from these stores – I typically shop these stores for my trendy clothing or items that may be a one to two time wear. I don’t normally get my closet staples from these stores (for the most part). The store I do shop the most is Boohoo. Their quality has been the best of stores at this price point.
I excluded the big box stores as we always know we can run into those stores and pick something up! Of course on my list you know you can never go wrong with H&M, Target, Forever 21, and Old Navy!
